Welcome to Vessture ("Vessture", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, workshops, and any purchases made through our website (www.vessture.com) or other official sales channels.

By accessing our Website, placing an order, registering for a workshop, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our Website and services.

1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You shall not:

• Use the Website for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful code.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any Website content without prior written permission from Vessture.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers.

• Infringe upon any intellectual property or proprietary rights belonging to Vessture or any third party.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on this Website, including but not limited to logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, artwork, workshop materials, course content, product designs, text, layouts and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of Vessture and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or used without prior written consent.

Workshop recordings, course materials, presentations and digital resources are intended solely for the registered participant and may not be shared, reproduced or resold.

3. PRODUCTS & CUSTOMISATION

Many Vessture products are handcrafted, customised and made-to-order.

Accordingly:

• Slight variations in colour, texture, embellishments or finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted products.

• Product images are representative and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and artisan craftsmanship.

• We reserve the right to substitute unavailable decorative elements with similar premium-quality alternatives where necessary without affecting the overall design.

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Vessture reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any order.

• Cancel an order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

• Refuse service where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

• Limit quantities purchased.

An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from Vessture.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be made through the payment methods available during checkout, including:

• UPI

• Debit Cards

• Credit Cards

• Net Banking

• Digital Wallets

• Other approved payment gateways

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may attract additional handling charges.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days, unless otherwise mentioned for customised or bulk orders.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

In summary:

• No refunds are provided once an order is confirmed.

• Replacements are offered only for damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products.

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or an unboxing video.

8. WORKSHOPS & TRAINING PROGRAMMES

Vessture conducts both online and offline workshops, masterclasses and professional certification programmes.

By registering, you agree that:

• Workshop registrations are strictly non-refundable.

• Confirmed registrations may be transferred to a future batch only with prior written approval from Vessture and subject to availability.

• Transfer requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled workshop.

• Each registration is eligible for one transfer only, valid within 90 days of the original workshop date.

• No refunds, cash adjustments or credits shall be provided for missed sessions or non-attendance.

• Vessture reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or combine batches due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a revised batch or transfer option.

Workshop recordings, notes, templates and training materials remain the intellectual property of Vessture and may not be shared, copied, distributed or commercially used.

9. CANCELLATIONS

Orders for customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Workshop registrations are non-cancellable after confirmation.

Vessture reserves the right to cancel any order if payment verification fails, fraudulent activity is suspected, or products become unavailable.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vessture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from:

• Use of the Website.

• Delay in shipment.

• Third-party courier delays.

• Force majeure events.

• Loss of profits, business or goodwill.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

11. PRIVACY

Your use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used and protected.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Vessture shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, internet outages or other force majeure events.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
